Commanding views of the stunning surrounding
countryside, the Manor is 15 minutes from
Bergerac and the Airport. Set on the edge of a
small pretty village, the house is large and
comfortable, set in 15 hectares of it's own park. The
outdoor summer kitchen by the pool is very special.
Lower ground floor: Huge Dining room / studio
with beams and tiled floor. Separate WC.
Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor.
Dining room. Dining room with galley style kitchen and
tiled floor. Two kingsize bedrooms, each with en-suite
bathoom with shower cubicle. Two separate WCs.
First floor: Four double bedrooms, each with en-
suite shower room/WC, two with additional single
beds, one with sloping ceilings.

parkland with small lake • Terrace • Private swimming
pool (15m x 12m, depth 1.1m to 1.9m) • Pool house

All rooms en-suite - painters £625 partners £325.
Continental breakfast is included for all and there is a
buffet lunch with wine for the painters. (The partners
are welcome to join the painters for lunches any day
at 15 Euro per day). The cost does not include the
evening meals or getting there by car or Air - collection
from Bergerac airport FOC.

ARBITRARY - The
perfect lighting for a
subject for both
photographers and
artists is difficult to
achieve but adjustments
to these should be high
on our list of how to
improve our pictures.
Never accept the
prevailing light for any
subject - just as we
should not accept the
sky that happens to be
present when we are
painting from life. At the
same time never make a
change for the sake of it,
always be certain that
each one, large or small,
is an improvement.
