In 1984 he moved to the USA where he established the North American operation for a UK company, moving back to the UK in 1988 to form Ian Farmer Associates.

Lesley Hammersley—has been involved in sales and training for more than 20 years in global telecommunications, networking, datacomms and office systems. She brings to Ian Farmer Associates a wealth of practical knowledge in delivering programmes across all levels in the business and specialises in sales, product and customer care skills training. Her energetic and approachable style ensures that delegates leave courses filled with enthusiasm and eager to implement the methodologies and new skills covered in the programmes.

Peter Turner—also has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, training and general management roles with Hewlett-Packard, Fairchild and LSI Logic. Business and Channels development, Corporate Identity, Sales and Marketing process development and Team analysis and development are specialities. He is also a best selling author for McGraw-Hill and IBM.

Vanessa Naldrett—has over 15 year’s, hands on experience as a supportive, flexible and innovative trainer. A true HR practitioner - not simply a theorist - Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience based on expertise in retail, telecommunications, call centre, business-to-business/consumer. Disciplines include customer facing skills, management development and human resource management.

David Favre—has 40 years sales and marketing management experience in the UK, Europe and Canada - with 100 years of boundless enthusiasm and energy!! David holds a number of non-executive directorships in the IT sector. A marketing and PR guru of some note, David’s unique approach is one of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable technologist with the ability to make difficult technology simple for anyone.
