Pyrénées Château Belcaire is ~40 minutes from Toulouse, Carcassonne and Perpignan via Foix. Belcaire is a village and commune in the French département of Aude, a part of the ancient Languedoc province and the present-day Languedoc-Roussillon région. |
At 1,000 metres its mountain and valley views are stunning. The Château de Belcaire dating from 1595 has been restored to a very high standard and is the home of Suzy and Mike Stokoe. > Goto Web Site There are eight double rooms, six on-suite. The cost for 7 nights – 5 days of guided painting – is £520 en-suite / £500 not, per painter and £190/£170 per partner. Continental breakfast is included for all and there is a buffet lunch with wine for the painters, (the partners are welcome to join the painters for lunches at a small charge of 10 euro). This does not include the evening meals or getting to the Château by car or Airport by plane – we do collect from the Airports.
